Permashield® Tire Sealant HD
Permashield® Tire Sealant HD was designed for off-road vehicles that require even more protection in the most extreme conditions. The HD formula was designed for use in heavy industrial, commercial, construction, mining, and military applications, and any other serious vehicle usage that operates under 30 mph. The HD Sealant provides protection from puncturing objects to ½” in diameter and in temperature ranging from -40° F to 150° F. Backed by an industry leading performance guarantee.

Permashield® Tire Sealant HD was designed for commercial and industrial vehicles that require even more protection in the most extreme conditions. The HD formula was designed for use in heavy industrial, commercial, construction, mining and any other serious vehicle usage that operates under heavy loads or in rugged terrain. The HD Sealant provides protection from puncturing objects up to 1/4” in diameter and in temperatures ranging from -40° F to 150° F. When installed in compliance with state and federal DOT regulations, it is backed by an industry leading performance guarantee. Permashield USA does NOT recommend the use of any sealant or repair products on OTR truck steer tires or in any application that would violate state or interstate highway safety regulations.
Permashield® Tire Sealant HD uses a proprietary blend of vulcanized rubber and Kevlar to create virtually self-sealing tires with a seal that is stronger than steel. This eco-friendly, advanced formula creates an internal layer of protection inside the tire casing. This layer of sealant also works to cool and hydrodynamically balance tires automatically for several years. Additional benefits include reduced wear and tear and more constant internal pressure.
This formula is ideal for OTR trucks, skid steers, scrappers, graders, mining and similar vehicles. Proper use also helps condition o-rings and prevents bead welding. Industrial strength additives protect against rust and corrosion on any surfaces in contact. No adhesives are used, and cleanup during replacement of tires is easily done with water and a rag.
