Russ began his career in the automobile industry by selling cars in Ogden Utah in 1993.  As a master team builder, his career included over a decade of high level consulting and creation of sub-prime credit departments in dealerships all over Utah.  Russ has been a nationally recognized speaker on special finance operations, and an expert at finance industry best practices.  He is the recipient of many finance industry awards, including “Manager of the Year” in the state of Utah.  Over the course of Russ’ time in the automotive industry, he has led multiple sales teams and has extensive experience in B2B sales.

Russ lives in Avondale Arizona with his awesome wife Heidi.  They both enjoy the outdoors and socializing with friends around the pool. They have seven children and 10 grandchildren.
